2025 Fall Winter Camp Details:
Date: Friday 11/14/2025 - Sunday 11/16/2025 (Depart Friday around 6:00PM and return Sunday around 10:00AM, estimates and subject to change.)

Our Scouts typically attend two winter camps each year, each offering unique opportunities for growth and adventure.
The first winter camp focuses on preparing for the Klondike Derby, helping Scouts develop essential skills such as first aid, compass navigation, map reading, fire building, and wildlife identification.
The second winter camp emphasizes individual advancement, giving Scouts a chance to work on rank requirements and merit badges while enjoying activities like a scenic winter hike.
Both camps provide a fun and supportive environment for Scouts to strengthen their outdoor skills, gain confidence, and build lasting friendships. We strongly encourage Scouts to attend both for the full experience!
Winter Camp essential information can be found below. Packing list can be found below. Temperatures on the mountain can vary 15 degrees from the closest towns of Summit Station or Schuylkill Haven. Please check the weather and pack for the forecasted weather. Some years it has been 75 degrees during the day and other years it has been in the low 40s. Scouts will be given more direction on clothing to pack as we get closer to the date.
